§ 01Getting the apps
While EasyLiveChat is pre-launch the apps are distributed through beta channels. Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web — there is no separate mobile account.
- iPhone, iPad and Mac: join the TestFlight beta
- Android: request access to the closed beta
- Sign in with your existing workspace credentials
§ 02What you can do
The apps are a full agent client, not a read-only companion.
- Unified real-time inbox — assign, snooze, tag and reply with attachments
- Working hours, enforced on the device
- Analytics with per-agent CSAT and health scores
- Set your availability and start proactive chats with live visitors
- Send approved WhatsApp templates
§ 03Push notifications
On first sign-in the app registers for push (APNs on Apple, FCM on Android) and asks permission. Notifications deep-link straight to the conversation, and are silenced while you are already viewing it.

On larger screens the app is a real desk tool, not a stretched phone layout.
- Three-column split view on iPad and Mac
- Native macOS menu bar with keyboard shortcuts
- Navigation rail on Android tablets
